April 2005 Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 1903 by K4HKR.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.

The Treasurer reported a balance of $707.84.

PRESIDENT'S REPORT:

Jim was absent.

VICE-PRESIDENT'S REPORT:

Buck has 3 J-poles to donate if the club needs them.

Buck has sent the club's license renewal in.

He also discussed how satisfied he was with AES for repairing his
Icom IC-751.

REPEATER COMMITTEE:

Nothing new to report.  We still have not received the necessary data
to reprogram the chips.

PIO:

Ken was absent.

OLD BUSINESS:

Tom had nothing new to report on the repeater easement.

Tom has made contact with someone about the tree trimming project.

Buck and Jim missed the EMA communications meeting.

More discussion was held about Field Day.  We will run one station
like last year.

NEW BUSINESS:

With no other official business, introductions were made, and the
meeting was adjourned at 1918 hours.
