Contact Tom, WA4YQT, at 464-0532 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a test. FROM THE OVAL OFFICE Support for Amateur Radio by Enterprise City Hall has decreased over the last two years. Therefore we are searching for a new location to hold our monthly meetings. Professional Helicopter Pilots Association (PHPA) has offered to make their facilities available to us for our March meeting. PHPA is considering allowing us to use their facilities for our meetings every month however that is still in discussion by the executive committee of PHPA and will be presented to the membership on 11 March. I hope to have confirmation soon that the PHPA hall will be available to us and I will have that information by our next meeting on March 18, 1999. The PHPA office will provide a central location for our membership since many of our members live in Ozark. The meeting this month will be at the PHPA Hall at 6:00 PM on March 18, 1999. The meeting will be completed in time to allow those who would like attend the SKYWARN class in Ozark sufficient time to drive to Ozark. The PHPA Hall is located in Daleville. The address is 260 Donnell Blvd. However the building is located on Brown Street just off Donnell Blvd. The attached map should help you to find the PHPA Hall. The SKYWARN class will be in the Dale County Government building from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The Dale County Government building is located at the corner of US 231 South and AL 123. Sonny and Beth Hargett have moved to Birmingham to bigger and better things. We will miss them and I wish them well. Sonny is our club PIO and has done a good job for us. Thank you Sonny. With Sonny and Beth leaving us we are in need of a PIO. If you or anyone you know would like to serve please let me know. CU at the meeting N4WIG mike SKYWARN CLASS Dale County EMA and the Tallahassee National Weather Service Office has scheduled a SKYWARN Class for March 18th. The class will be held in the Dale County Government Building (corner of US 231 South and AL 123 South). This intersection is just south of the Aviation School in Ozark. March 18, 1999 / 7:00 to 10:00 PM / All Amateurs are invited (especially those in Dale, Coffee, Barbour, Henry, Houston, Geneva, and Pike counties).
